Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries.
• Explain products/services to clients clearly and effectively.
• Maintain customer database and follow up for lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data entry).
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Backend Executive – Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day data entry, documentation, and record management.
• Support sales and operations teams with backend processes.
• Maintain reports, update systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
